Hi. I found the playback almost unusable due to skipping and buffering. I have not seen this issue on other recording like zoom or teams. On researching I have seen numerous others with this issue going back years and no valid answer except general like what else is running and update the version. I am on Windows 11, with a high spec laptop and good download and upload internet connection. I am running v115.1.0

Every few days, I am forced to login and reapprove: Dropbox Capture would like to: Connect with your Dropbox account. I do this, for a few days, it opens and no issue.... then back to square one - WHY????

I make tutorials so I use a recording software often. I like the simplicity of Capture but I feel like it should have a few more features: 1- let us disable mouse effects. For tutorials this is super important cause seeing mouse effects gets in the way of what's being shown on screen. 2- other shape options for the webcam. I'd love to be able to customize the shape, for example for the PIP I prefer to have a 9x16 rectangle with rounded corners. 3- better resolution options. I've noticed that on auto the recording starts kind of blurry and gets better over time and if something with fast fps is played on screen the quality drops. I know there's 1080 and 4k options but don't know if that locks the region being recorded to those resolutions. 4-recording limits. Huge letdown as I need way more than 2 minutes to record. Will this ever be unlocked to any amount of time?

In trying to record screen and camera: I record a video I get a pop up: disable hardware acceleration' I disable it in preferences and attempt to record I get the same message It's now unusable for screen and camera recording. I can't work out why! Any ideas?

Just recorder 1 hour long screen recording which ended up not being synced to cloud and is not anywhere to by found on my Mac. Please make at least one copy of the recording to desktop or somewhere else so when the sync breaks I will still have the video at least.

Bulk add captures to collections. Sub collection folders. Filter options - select multiple collections to show all images in each Gallery view when image clicked - arrows to progress and go back

Trying to screenshot certain drop down fields isn't possible today because when the screenshot keystrokes are invoked the field collapses. It would be helpful if you can set a screenshot to occur in say 5 seconds for an area, then open the dropdown and have the screenshot execute.

When I attempt to record a screen recording with audio I get a popup that says the hardware acceleration needs to be turned off. I have tried this and un/reinstalled Capture. I can make screen recordings without audio. What can I try next?

Pretty unusable great features yet its a resource big not optimised for mac ARM
