Hi. I found the playback almost unusable due to skipping and buffering. I have not seen this issue on other recording like zoom or teams. On researching I have seen numerous others with this issue going back years and no valid answer except general like what else is running and update the version. I am on Windows 11, with a high spec laptop and good download and upload internet connection. I am running v115.1.0

Hi guys I'm trying to delete old videos, but as I go through and click the checkbox and try to delete 10 at a time 4 out of 5 times I accidentally open a video and have to start over. Is there a way to filter by videos and a way to drag and drop a window to select more than one? Maybe hold down control key and not have to click the box. The box is too small and the process labor intensive. It makes me not want to use this to organize videos.

Capture works only in specific screens. When I click to take screenshot, the '*' symbol appears in a different monitor and I'm unsure how to move to an other active screen to take screenshot.

Every few days, I am forced to login and reapprove: Dropbox Capture would like to: Connect with your Dropbox account. I do this, for a few days, it opens and no issue.... then back to square one - WHY????

I make tutorials so I use a recording software often. I like the simplicity of Capture but I feel like it should have a few more features: 1- let us disable mouse effects. For tutorials this is super important cause seeing mouse effects gets in the way of what's being shown on screen. 2- other shape options for the webcam. I'd love to be able to customize the shape, for example for the PIP I prefer to have a 9x16 rectangle with rounded corners. 3- better resolution options. I've noticed that on auto the recording starts kind of blurry and gets better over time and if something with fast fps is played on screen the quality drops. I know there's 1080 and 4k options but don't know if that locks the region being recorded to those resolutions. 4-recording limits. Huge letdown as I need way more than 2 minutes to record. Will this ever be unlocked to any amount of time?

In trying to record screen and camera: I record a video I get a pop up: disable hardware acceleration' I disable it in preferences and attempt to record I get the same message It's now unusable for screen and camera recording. I can't work out why! Any ideas?

Just recorder 1 hour long screen recording which ended up not being synced to cloud and is not anywhere to by found on my Mac. Please make at least one copy of the recording to desktop or somewhere else so when the sync breaks I will still have the video at least.

does the app have settings with clear instructions for the controls of how it works?

Bulk add captures to collections. Sub collection folders. Filter options - select multiple collections to show all images in each Gallery view when image clicked - arrows to progress and go back
