Capture on mobile

We all use several devices: desktops, laptops, tablets, phones - depending on where we are and what we do. But we want to do the same thing the same way no matter what device we are using. Hence we need a DropBox Capture App for Apple iOS and iPadOS to annotate and share screen-shots and screen-recordings on our Apple iPhones and iPads with the same tool we use on our Apple iMacs and MacBooks. Does this make sense to you?

Sassan Totally makes sense, thank you so much for sharing! Right now, we are focused mostly on building the best desktop experience possible but mobile is definitely something we will build at some point. Do you happen to know which type of screen recordings you might need to take on your mobile? curious to hear if those are any different than those you take with the app right now. Thank you!

Youcef Es-skouri: Like on every platform the priorities of screen captures are:
1) capture simple screenshot
2) capture video with optional Mic open for live comments while recording
3) capture video with optional Mic open for live comments while recording plus Camera open for additional interaction and more "cosy" feeling for recipient - here the video preview taken by the Camera of the front or back camera (selectable) should be a floating window so one could drag it around on the small screen of an iPhone or iPad so it does not get in the way and in the resulting video it should be added to the left or right of the video output so it does not, at no circumstances, overlap with the screen capture.
