It would be great if you can show you own picture or avatar instead of the Video.

Done! Please update to the latest version of the app (v97.6.0) to be able to use this. Just hover your mouse on your camera and you will find a button to switch it to an Avatar!

Dennis Heck Thank you for the feedback! Curious, why are you looking to show your picture/avatar instead of your webcam? And if we added this, how would you expect to 'switch' between the two?

Karan Khanna: Hello Karan, thanks a lot for your fast answer. I'm using this feature at another software. Seeing this at Dropbox would let me instantly switch.
Here you can see a Screenshot. I can switch from Video to my Avatar picture or close it.

Dennis Heck: I agree, it is super helpful at times when I am not using the main camera for recording and have to settle with lower resolution webcam or at times just don't want to be in the video but still have a face on the video.
